  • Designed for quick change and replacement of spray tube
  • Tight fitting “O” ring ensures consistent spray
  • Metal spray tube may be sterilized after each use
  • Adjustable tip permits up or down spray for aqueous solutions of heavier viscosity
  • Operated by the No. 630 cutoff assembly or a No. 1 bulb

  • Metal atomizer with adjustable tip for directing spray up or down to reach inaccessible areas of the throat
  • Can be used with RhinoGuard or reusable nasal guard
  • Used for nose and throat treatment-hand bulb
  • Most types of oil or water solutions can be used that are compatible with rhodium plating

POWDER BLOWER

Model DV-175

  • Used for even diffusion to the ear, nose, throat and any other body cavities
  • Operated by the No. 630 cutoff assembly or a No. 1 bulb

SYRINGE

Model DV-177

  • Small, malleable tube permits deep, yet painless introduction into the external ear canal
  • Regulate flow by placing a finger over the small hole in the head of the instrument; if air pressure is 20 psi or under, stream will stop when the finger is removed
  • Can be operated by the No. 630 cutoff assembly or a No. 1 bulb

Model DV-7305P-D

The DeVilbiss Suction Pump is a compact medical suctioning device which has been designed for reliable, portable operation. Because of the small size, light weight and DC operation, it is ideal for providing portable suction.

  • Vacuum adjustment allows for 80 – 550 mm Hg and a free flow of 27 liters/minute
  • Meets American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) guidelines for neonatal, infant, child and adult homecare suctioning*
  • Switch mode power supply allows operation on any AC voltage 100 V  240 V
  • Integrated bacterial filter
  • Automatic float shut-off to prevent overflow into the unit
  • Uses a rechargeable battery with 60 minutes run time
  • Automatically recharges when connected to the power supply
  • 12 V DC capability for vehicle charging
  • Manufactured and tested to ISO 10079-1:1999 Standard for Suction Equipment, achieving outstanding performance in the following tests:
    • Electromagnetic Compatibility Test – Vacu-Aide® does not interfere with or is not susceptible to interference from other equipment such as ventilators
    • Drop Test and Shock Vibration Test – Vacu-Aide is far less likely to be damaged when dropped or shipped
    • Excessive Temperature Test – Vacu-Aide effectively works in a wide range of environmental temperatures

* AARC Guidelines for appropriate sub-atmospheric pressures:

  • Neonates: 60 – 80 mm Hg
  • Infants: 80 – 100 mm Hg
  • Children: 100 – 120 mm Hg
  • Adults: 100 – 150 mm Hg

Negative pressures should not exceed 150 mm Hg as higher pressures have been shown to cause trauma, hypoxemia and atelectasis.
